History:

National ENT institute of VN (NENTI) was established according to the dicision No 111/CP by government commission dated 14th July 1969. NENTI is leading professional institute under ministry of health.

Function:

- Being the highest professional level in ENT
- Leading and implementing the scientific research in ENT and ENT related profession.
- Training the cadres of ENT profession: graduation, post graduation
- Leading and making network of ENT profession in the whole country.
- Implementing the health economy.
- Being the point of the international cooperation

Training:

- Being the main training facility of ENT faculty of Hanoi medical university
- Cooperating with Ha noi medical college to teach

- Cooperating with the international experts to organize training courses, technical meeting, professional conference for cadres in ENT profession.

- Being responsible for setting up and developing the network of ENT through the country.
- Supporting the profession, techniques and medical equipment for lower levels.

International cooperation:

- Being the national focal point in the international cooperation
- Having cooperated with France, Belgium, Swiss, Russia, Cuba, East European since 1970s.
