almost 8000 medical doctors for the country. The
College has an annual enrolment of 2,500 students who are
under three systems:
- Six-year full-time
undergraduates;
- Three-year special-course undergaduates; and
- Two- or three-year course for post-graduates
Its main hospital for practice is
the 500-bed Thai Nguyen Central Polyclinic. It has a teaching
staff of 300, comprising professors, doctors, masters, medical
doctors, pharmacists and bachelors teaching at 34 sections of
the College and 30 wards of the Polyclinic.
Its international relations have been continually increased.
